Her work seamlessly weaves her rich Asian heritage with the diverse influences she encountered throughout her life and career. Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Kiriella showed an early aptitude for the visual arts and pursued her passion with dedication at the University of Visual &amp; Performing Arts in Colombo. She earned her Bachelor\u2019s degree in Sculpture and Painting in 1994.
